In recognizing this, I am firmly convinced that the solution lies not merely in theoretical education, but in the cultivation of practical knowledge. This conviction propelled me to establish the “Institute of Professional Banking (IPB).”

IPB takes on the role of a vital bridge, linking the ambitions of skilled and aspiring individuals with the ever-evolving Indian BFSI sector. Through rigorous upskilling, our mission is to equip these individuals to not only meet industry standards but to excel within them. Simultaneously, IPB addresses the burgeoning demands of the rapidly expanding banking industry.
