With over 16 years of experience in the banking industry, Pankaj Kinger leads IPB’s Ludhiana Centre with deep domain knowledge and practical leadership.
He is a Mathematics graduate with a postgraduate qualification in Banking and Finance, and has built his career with some of India’s top banks across branch and cluster-level roles.
His experience includes serving as Branch Manager at ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, and Kotak Mahindra Bank. He has also handled cluster responsibilities at Axis Bank and Kotak Bank, giving him strong exposure to performance management and large-scale banking operations.
At IPB, Mr. Kinger focuses on guiding aspiring bankers with clarity, discipline, and real industry perspective, helping them step confidently into professional banking roles.
