With over 15 years of experience in recruitment and training, Mr. Lovekesh Sagar brings deep industry expertise to IPB Nagpur. A B.Com graduate with an MBA in Finance & Marketing, he has worked with leading organizations like Max New York Life Insurance and HDFC Bank.
In 2010, he founded 3WS Group, a recruitment and training firm that has successfully placed over 10,000 candidates across industries including Banking, Finance, Manufacturing, Automobile, and Insurance.

Mr. Akshay Kishor Maske brings over 22 years of diverse experience across banking, training & placement, publications, and entrepreneurship. A B.Sc. graduate from Nagpur University with a Diploma in Business Management from ICFAI University, he possesses a strong understanding of both financial systems and business operations.
