✔ Program Fee: ₹40,000 + GST
The fee becomes payable only after receiving the Letter of Intent (LOI) from the company, ensuring complete transparency throughout the hiring process.

Candidates who successfully complete 2 months of On-the-Job Training receive:
This amount effectively covers the complete training fee, making the program highly rewarding for committed candidates.
From Day 1 of clearing the OJT and becoming a full time employee, you become eligible for performance-based incentives. You earn more when you deliver more.
At the end of 12 months in the program, based on performance, you become eligible for an additional one-time performance-based bonus of up to INR 80,000/- an exclusive benefit available only as part of this program.
You can earn your first promotion as early as six months into your full-time role, subject to performance. We call this our Fast-Track Promotion path because talent shouldn't have to wait years to be recognized.
