IDBI Executive Recruitment 2024
The appointment of ESOs will be purely on a contractual basis. The contract would be initially for a period of 1 year and may be reviewed for extension on a year-to-year basis for a further period of 1 year.
During the contractual period, the appointee can be posted at any branch or department office or business unit of the Bank or its subsidiaries or associate institutions as per the discretion and/or requirement of the Bank.
On successful completion of a period of 2 years of contractual service, the appointee will become eligible for appointment as Junior Assistant Manager, (JAM), Grade ‘O’ in the Bank through a selection process that would be conducted by the Bank.
