The journey from education to employability has been a challenging one for many people.

Over recent years, the pattern that has been observed is that there is a huge gap between graduates who want a job and organizations who want candidates. While graduating, the students are not provided with the training on how to work; they lack the required skill. The scenario is the same for the Banking Industry.

I feel that rather than theoretical learning, education shall be knowledge-based. Hence I came up with a solution; the Institute of Professional Banking (IPB). At IPB we train young graduates and get them ready to work in the Banking Industry.

IPB ensures that our students get the best of skills and we encourage them to think critically. The Banking Industry is one of the fastest-growing Industries and IPB ensures that we are contributing to the industry growth by giving it trained candidates all over India.

I wish to help a large number of educated candidates get skilled and find a job in the Banking Industry.
