Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at IPB. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling training programs, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting sales presentations, and meeting sales targets. The role will involve interacting with potential clients, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

To proactively ensure an adequate number of eligible students as per the target decided mutually with the Centre Head.

  • Calling the database and developing the prospective funnel
  • To ensure effective counselling to each walk-in and telephonic inquiry
  • Committing the right fee payment structure
  • Ensuring fee collection from the students as per the timeline decided.
  • Grievance management

Required Experience and Skills

  • Strong sales and persuasion skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry
  • Knowledge of retail banking products and services
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
Qualifications
  • Graduate in any stream

Base Salary
₹18,000-₹25,000 per month plus incentives
