Institute of Professional Banking requires admission counselor who shall be looking to maintain relationship with different banks and BFSI’s and acquiring their requirement towards placements in the near future.

Purpose of Role: To proactively assess demand of entry level employees in BFSI industry and fulfill the same through effective placement while ensuring:

  • Assessing the ongoing need of BFSI industry
  • Coordination with L&D for status of readiness of students
  • To ensure timely interview and placement

Required Experience and Skills
Relevant experience on minimum 5 years in HR and Placements

Qualifications
  • Graduate in any stream
