Salary Structure for SIDBI Recruitment 2024
The salary structure for both the grades’ officers is as follows-

Selection Process
A candidate must clear these 3 stages to get selected for a post in SIDBI:
Phase I: Online Screening Examination
- The Phase I exam is a single paper with seven sections, with a total of 200 marks. This pre-test is meant to assess the general aptitude and knowledge of the candidate. This would be a screening test and only those passing the specified cut-off level would move to the next phase.
Phase II: Online Examination
The Phase II exam has two papers and carries 100 marks each. The general ability is checked by Paper 1 and the professional knowledge by Paper 2. There are two types of papers in general:
- Paper 1 (To assess writing skills)
- Paper 2 Subjective Type: It involves Professional Knowledge – whose subject knowledge gets categorized for both the General and Specialist streams. End
Interview
Candidates who qualify for Phase II will be interviewed. The interview carries 100 marks and will be based on the candidate’s suitability for the position, communication skills, and general aptitude.

For Grade A: Assistant Manager

For Grade B: Manager

| Educational Qualification | A Master’s degree or equivalent professional qualification acquired from a recognized institution, with at least 60% marks or an equivalent grade in a CGPA scale is required. |
| Experience | At least 5 years of experience is required in relevant fields. |
NOTE: Candidates belonging to reserved categories are given relaxation in the minimum percentage of marks and age eligibility also.
